Unit 2: Phonetic Transcription (8 hours)
- Transcribing words and sentences using IPA symbols
- Identifying and practicing difficult sounds
- Recognizing and correcting common pronunciation errors

Module 2: Vowel Sounds (10 hours)

Unit 1: Short Vowels (4 hours)
- Practicing short vowel sounds: /ɪ/, /ɛ/, /æ/, /ɒ/, /ʌ/
- Word stress and rhythm in words with short vowels
Unit 2: Long Vowels (4 hours)
- Practicing long vowel sounds: /iː/, /ɑː/, /ɔː/, /uː/, /ɜː/
- Word stress and rhythm in words with long vowels
Unit 3: Diphthongs (2 hours)
- Practicing diphthongs: /eɪ/, /əʊ/, /aɪ/, /aʊ/, /ɔɪ/

Module 3: Consonant Sounds (12 hours)

- Practicing plosive sounds: /p/, /b/, /t/, /d/, /k/, /g/

- Comparing and contrasting vowel sounds in American and British English

- Comparing and contrasting consonant sounds in American and British English
- Focus on sounds like /r/, /t/, and /æ/
